Nicole M. Fry joined HSPH in June 2005, is a principal of the firm and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. She has represented both national and regional tenants in negotiations with national developers and landlords as well as having represented a variety of developers and landlords in negotiating leases and other related documents with national, regional and local tenants. She is experienced in drafting leases for a variety of retail centers, including strip centers and mixed-use centers, which contain both pad sites and in-line spaces, and also is experienced in drafting office and warehouse leases. Nicole has been practicing law since 2000. She is a member of the Illinois bar, the International Council of Shopping Centers and Women in Retail Real Estate. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997 and received her Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2000. Ms. Fry had substantial litigation and mediation experience prior to joining HSPH. She enjoys running marathons and other races in her spare time.
