Lease Administrator

Position Details

The Hirschel Group, P.C. is seeking a full-time Lease Administrator to perform a variety of duties related to commercial lease transactions.   Experience administering commercial real estate transactions is preferred.  A strong candidate will have a working knowledge of commercial leases.

Duties include: maintaining and periodic updating of all lease forms and related documents, language databases, and periodic reports; serving as a liaison to coordinate the smooth flow of updated information; preparing abstracts of leases and related documents; interface with IT support; and assisting attorneys and administrative team as needed.

  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects with different timelines
  • Ability to focus on details
  • High level of proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Excel and Adobe Acrobat (or other PDF-editing software)
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Amicus a plus
